Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned Policy, dated 24.05.2022 (Annexure P-4), to the extent it has been made applicable from the date of notification only. Further, quashing of the impugned letter dated 11.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) has also been sought, whereby the petitioner's representation for adjustment as Extension Lecturer at Government College, Rohtak, where her spouse is also working, has been rejected.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the policy, dated 24.05.2022, has been modified to the extent female eligible Extension Lecturers have now been permitted to make an application for adjustment in terms of the policy within two months from the date it was notified. Therefore, the petitioner's case is being reconsidered in terms thereof, and appropriate decision will be taken soon. 3.
