This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') in case arising out of FIR No.293 dated 03.12.2024 registered under Sections 21(b) (Section 29 added later on) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as the 'NDPS Act', at Police Station Radaur, District Yamunanagar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is a lady, having 11 months old child and she is not involved in any other case. He further contended that the contraband involved in the present case does not fall within the definition of commercial quantity. 3.
Vide order dated 07.07.2025, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail on furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of GAURAV THAKUR 2025.08.08 18:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-34628-2025 the Investigating/Arresting Officer and the petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating/Arresting Officer.

Learned State Counsel has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He further stated that the presence of petitioner is not required further for the investigation.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is allowed and order dated 07.07.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute.
