(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed with liberty to file a fresh one raising a grievance qua non-payment of Ex-gratia amount admissible to the petitioner immediately after the death of her husband along with interest.
