(Oral) The present petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari for seeking quashing of the impugned order No. 5760-94/T-2 dated 26.05.2026 on a ground that the petitioner has been selected for the promotion course List-B1 year 2024, which is likely to commence w.e.f. 12.06.2026 at HPA Madhuban despite the petitioner having given his unwillingness to undergo the said course.

Learned State Counsel has diligently pointed out that in the order impugned herein, the name of the petitioner does not figure and that in the absence of the petitioner being prejudiced by the order under challenge, the present petition would not be maintainable.
