Prayer in this petition is for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in the occurrence in which the petitioner was illegally dispossessed without his consent and forcibly by respondents No.4 and 5 from the tenanted premises and to register a criminal case against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take the recourse of remedy available under law.
