(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the retiral benefits amounting to `25,83,088/, for which the petitioner is entitled for, are being withheld without any justification. Counsel for the petitioner states that there is no impediment in the release of the same. Along with the writ petition the petitioner has attached representations dated 12.09.2018 and 29.10.2018 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) respectively.

CWP-29431-2018 -2In view of the request made by counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim is being made by the petitioner in the present writ petition/representations, the respondent(s)/competent authority is directed to pass a speaking order on the representations (Annexures P-4 & P-5) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same be also released to her within a period of next three months.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
