1. The petitioner who had done a diploma from Malwa College of Pharmacy, Mansa (The Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh), seeks issuance of directions to respondents for registering him with respondent No.4-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana.

2. It is contended that although application supported by requisite documents had been submitted to respondent No.4 but no action has been taken thereupon. The petitioner subsequently also submitted representation dated dated 25.07.2023 (Annexure P-5) but to no avail.

3. Notice of motion.

4. At this stage, Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. AG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents and accepts notice.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana to consider the representation dated dated 25.07.2023 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order at the earliest.
