Ajmer Singh v. State Of Punjab & ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No. 999 of 2016 Date of decision: 19.01.2016 Ajmer Singh ....Petitioner(s)
Versus
State of Punjab and others
...Respondent(s)
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE G.S.SANDHAWALIA
Present:
Mr. B.S. Sidhu, Advocate, for the petitioner.
G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the demand of interest raised in the legal notice seems to be patently incorrect and, therefore, no directions can be issued for deciding the said legal notice.
Faced with the situation, counsel submits that the writ petition may be allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to serve a fresh legal notice, on the basis of which, he could thereafter file another writ petition on the same cause of action.
Ordered accordingly.
