(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the official respondents to conduct an inquiry in the alleged nexus of liquor syndicate (specially respondents No.5 to 7) and local officials of Excise Department and other officials as well. Besides above, certain other prayers have also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain necessary parties could not be incorporated in the writ petition, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition as well as the Miscellaneous application, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action by impleading the proper and necessary parties. 3.
