The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 29.05.2026 (Annexure P-7), whereby the petitioner has been prematurely retired w.e.f. 31.05.2026 despite the fact that he had already withdrawn his notice of premature retirement on 15.04.2026 (Annexure P-9). Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service and to treat him as continuing in service without any break and to release all consequential benefits. 2.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
