(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 3 to issue a copy of Missal-Haqiat for the year 1962-1963 of village Narangwal Kalan, Hadbast No. 306, District Ludhiana and a copy of Naksha Haqdar Khewat Nos. 492-493, Khatauni Paimaish, Khewat Nos. 492-493 and a copy of entry of Mutation No. 3182 of village Narangwal Kalan, Hadbast No. 306, District Ludhiana for the year 1962-1963.

Notice of motion was issued. The official respondents have filed a reply alongwith the inquiry report. 3.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Kanwar Narinder Singh, Tehsildar (Central), Ludhiana, states that the respondents are willing to permit the petitioner inspection of the entire record which is available with them qua the petitioner. They would also issue certified copies of the documents to which the petitioner is entitled to, on making an application and subject to payment of the Amodh Sharma 2018.05.24 17:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh prescribed fee, if any.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied with this direction. If certain grievances survive, he would have the liberty to avail his remedies.
