Petitioner herein is the plaintiff in Civil Suit bearing CS No.294 of 2024 titled 'Anupam Sharma @ Anu Vs. Mandeep Singh and others', pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Samrala. She has approached this Court for issuing directions to the trial Court to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC expeditiously along with the main suit. Learned counsel contends that suit is pending since 2024 and the aforesaid application has not been disposed of.

Although, notice of motion has been issued but Sh.Amit Kumar Saini, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 and points out that in fact ex parte injunction order was passed in favour of the petitioner on 08.07.2024 and thereafter, it is at the request of the counsel for the petitioner that the matter is being adjourned time and again by the trial Court. It is further informed by the learned counsel that the matter is now listed before the trial Court for 16.07.2026. 3.

Having noticed the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is hereby disposed of with the direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC on KUMARI SAPNA 2026.07.02 18.23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
