Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the condition incorporated vide order dated 03.11.20211 (P-1) at the time of regularization to the effect that "Defined Contributory Pension Scheme" shall be applicable upon the petitioner. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, apprised the Court that in the interregnum, relief claimed in the present petition has been granted to the petitioner, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
