(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 14.09.2016 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.1 - District Magistrate, Yamunanagar. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has alternative remedy under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to avail the remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law.
