      HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 16.10.2020 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, whereby respondent No.2 had been enlarged on bail in case bearing FIR No.129 dated 07.05.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 302, 307, 324, 341, 506 and 212 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Parao Ambala Cantt. District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition, enabling him to approach the Court concerned for redressal of his grievance.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
