Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of National Insurance Company Limited Vs. Pranay Sethi, 2017 (4) R.C.R. (Civil) 1009, the issue raised in this appeal no more subsists. The Tribunal while computing the amount of compensation has applied the multiplier as per age of the deceased. The appellant has raised an issue that the age of parents of deceased is a relevant factor to be seen while applying the multiplier. As the law has already been settled by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Pranay Sethi (supra) regarding applying the multiplier at the time of computing the amount of compensation no issue remains to be decided in this appeal.

Dismissed.
