Petitioner's grievance is that he applied for arms licence for a .32 bore revolver to the concerned authority, however, his application is still pending. No decision has been taken thereon. On the asking of the court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, who is present in court, accepts the notice on behalf of the State. He submits that the competent authority shall look into the matter and pass a speaking order within one month.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
