(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that he was appointed as JBT teacher on 30.09.2008 and worked till 11.03.2014 when she resigned and joined as PGT Hindi on 12.03.2014 on regular basis. However, respondent No. 1 revised the pay scales of its employees w.e.f 01.01.2006 . While fixing the pay, the pay of the seniors has become less to that of juniors. Accordingly, instructions dated 18.08.2009 were formulated by Government of Haryana. But the pay of the petitioner was not upgraded while the pay of the post w.e.f 01.01.2006 of new recruits was upgraded. He has referred to the judgment passed by this Court in CWP11254-2010 Neelam Rani V/s. The State of Haryana and others, decdided on 15.05.2013, CWP-19075-2016 Pardeep Kumar and others V/s. State of Haryana and another, decided on 15.09.2016 and CWP-24943-2018 Suman and others vs. The State of Haryana and others, decided on 28.09.2018 whereby pay of the seniors has been protected at par with the Gaurav Arora 2018.12.01 12:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

In this regard, petitioner has given a representation dated 06.07.2018(Annexure P-3), but no action has been taken till date. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 to pass appropriate order on the representation dated 6.07.2018(Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six months' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
