**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming the pensionary benefits, which has accrued to him after his retirement on 30.11.2015.

Counsel for the petitioner states that there is no impediment or justification with the respondents to withhold the pensionary benefits. Counsel for the petitioner further states that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 07.09.2018 (Annexure P-8).
