, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the criminal complaint No. NACT/2072/2022 dated 23.03.2022 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chandigarh and the summoning order dated 23.03.2022 passed by the trial Court vide which the petitioner has been wrongly and illegally summoned to face the trial. After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to take all pleas before the trial Court in accordance with law. Disposed of as withdrawn.
