**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The limited prayer made in the instant writ petition is for regularisation of the services of the petitioner on the basis of notification dated 24.12.2016 along with all consequential benefits. It is contended that the petitioner has already served a legal notice upon the respondents, however, no decision has been taken thereon. At the present moment, Mr. Naveen Daryal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early decision of the said legal notice.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, respondents are directed to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-8) served by the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
