Learned State counsel has pointed out that all the prosecution witnesses stand examined and one defence witness has also been examined. 2.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. He, however, prays that the trial be time-bound. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off as not pressed with a request to the Trial Court to try and conclude the trial within a period of three months from today, provided the counsel for the accused cooperates. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
