**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) Present appeal is directed against the order of the Guardian Judge at Gurgaon, whereby, application moved by the appellant for custody of the child was dismissed by invoking Order 9 Rule 9 CPC. During the pendency of this appeal, counsel for the appellant made a statement on 25th July, 2016, that he would only insist upon the visitation rights. We have been apprised that the child is now about 12 years old and is living with his paternal grandmother and stepmother at Patiala. Pursuant to our order dated, 18th September, 2019, respondent No.1 is present in court today. Mr. Kaushal, Sr. counsel for respondents No.2 & 3, informed that he is in ITBP and at present posted at Chhattisgarh. On instructions, he submits that in case the appellant wishes to meet the child, she shall be taken to the office of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority at Patiala, on every third working Saturday in every month, from JAWALA RAM 2019.11.16 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

FAO-1805-2015 (O&M) - 2 - 11:00 A.M. To 02:00 P.M. to meet the child. He further submits that no hindrance shall be created in this regard. Telephone number of one of the family members of respondent No.1 - Padam Singh, shall be provided to the appellant for the purpose of contacting of respondent No.1 and coordination.
