Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.138 dated 03.10.2016 (P-1), under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.06.2022 (P-2), entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent No.2. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
