On 15.09.2025, the following order was passed by this Court:- "The petitioner is claiming benefit of ACP. His claim was declined by respondent on 20.06.2016 on the ground that work charge period cannot be counted for ACP Scheme. As per respondent ACP Scheme dated 03.11.2006 clearly provides that service in cadre has to be taken into count for benefit. The petitioner was initially appointed as Beldar and thereafter appointed as work charge w.e.f. 21.12.1984. He was regularized in February' 2007. The period of work charge cannot be counted for the purpose of ACP.
Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks two weeks' time to bring on record legal representatives on record.
