(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.66 dated 01.05.2022, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379-B, 427 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station GRP, Faridabad, District GRP Ambala Cantt. Learned State counsel, on instructions from police official submits that in compliance of order dated 13.09.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.09.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
