(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioners and the counsel for the private respondents submit that the compromise could not mature. Therefore, counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition once the parties entered into a genuine compromise.

Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of present petition shall not come in the way in case fresh petition is filed. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
