(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the letter/order dated 14.06.2024 (Annexure P-2), whereby, the application of the petitioner seeking re-issuance of the passport has been declined.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
