SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.604 dated 24.09.2018 registered under Sections 302, 323, 324, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018.

On instructions from ASI Ajmer Singh, learned State counsel submits that all prosecution witnesses have been examined. The petitioner is in custody for more than one year and two months. The trial will take time to conclude. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars.
