This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 for transferring and also or conducting fair and impartial investigation of case FIR No. 0096 dated 19.05.2025 under Sections 21(c) and 29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana with a further prayer to decide the representation dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) .

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.5- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.5- Commissioner of Renu Rawat 2025.07.09 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
