This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of a direction upon the official respondent No. 2 to expeditiously decide the representation dated 26.3.2025 (Annexure P-1) and to take strict legal action against respondents No. 4 to 8, in accordance with law. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No. 2 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. She further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No. 2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereupon. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 6.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
