Dated Police Station Sections 02.05.2023 Vigilance Bureau, Flying Squad PhaseI, Mohali, District SAS Nagar Mohali 13(1)(a) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 as amended by P.C. (Amended) Act 2018 and Sections 409, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 201 IPC added vide order dated 05.09.2023 1.

The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

Allegations are that nature of the land was changed to provide benefit to the land owners and massive amount was paid to them and the petitioner who was posted as Horticulture Development Officer at that time, stated to have helped the accused in entire bungling.

Vide order dated 31.08.2023, the petitioner was granted interim bail subject to complying with some conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that they have voluntarily complied with the order dated 31.08.2023 and handed over the affidavits to the State counsel. 5.

Considering the compliance of the previous order and petitioner's pre-trial custody and also the fact that she has a small child, interim order dated 31.08.2023 is made absolute. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
