The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing invocation of the Performance Bank Guarantee dated 16.07.2020 (Annexure P-2) issued by Canara Bank by respondents, along with certain other prayers.

After arguing at length, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to it in accordance with law, including filing of application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and seeks liberty thereof.
