This is the Ist petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR no.174 dated 07.06.2026 under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340, 61 of BNS, 2023 Act (Sections 420, 468, 470 & 120 B IPC) registered at Police Station Urban Estate Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana.
