This is an application filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking preponement the date of hearing in the main case i.e. CRM-M-37991-2024 from 29.07.2026 to an early date.

In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the date of hearing in the main case is advanced from 29.07.2026 to 18.05.2026, i.e., today itself. III.

CRM stands disposed of.

This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case, i.e., CRM-M-37991-2024. II.

It has been averred in the application that parties has amicably settled the matter, and now, applicant-petitioner does not want to pursue present petition.

At this stage, learned State counsel, who is present in Court as well as learned counsel appearing for non-applicant/respondent No.5, accept notice on behalf of the non-applicants/respondents. V.

Learned counsel for non-applicant/respondent No.5 has affirm the factum of settling of matter between the parties and thus, pleads no objection to the prayer made in the instant application VI.

Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of the applicant-petitioner, prayer made therein is allowed, and the applicant-petitioner is permitted to withdraw present case.

CRM stands disposed of accordingly.

In view of the orders of even date passed in CRM-21169-2026, main case is taken up for hearing today itself. 2.
