**** KARAMJIT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Counsel appearing for both the parties made statement that the matter stands compromised between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the settlement agreement dated 30.10.2023 which was executed between the parties/their attorney be made part of the record and further made statement that the divorce petition filed by respondent-Sumanpreet Kaur under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act which is pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Chandigarh be permitted to be converted into that under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act.

Counsel for the petitioner further made prayer that in the light of the aforesaid compromise the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
