Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider his candidature under BCB category for the post of Conductor, pursuant to advertisement dated 18.05.2017 (P-1).

On 21.11.2018, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner participated for the post of Conductor, pursuant to advertisement dated 18.05.2017 under BCB category. The last candidate under the BCB Category who has been called for interview as per result dated 1.9.2018, has secured 146 marks whereas the petitioner secured 146 marks.

Notice of motion for 13.02.2019.

In the meantime, the petitioner shall provisionally interview and his result be kept in a sealed cover.

A copy of this order be given Dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner under the signature of Reader/ Court Secretary attached to Court."

Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As Gaurav Arora 2019.05.24 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 29565-2018 per result, the petitioner has secured 142 marks in written examination, 18 marks in viva voice (total 160 marks) and and the last candidate has secured 162 marks under BCB category.

In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands dismissed, as the petitioner has secured less marks than the last candidate. The result has been returned back in original to learned State counsel in the Court today.
