Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy under Section 199 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 against the impugned Resolution dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-5).
