At the outset, Ms. Shruti, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab has submitted on instruction from Sukhwinder Singh, Senior Assistant that the impugned order (Annexure P-12) will be withdrawn by the Administrator, New Mandi Township, Punjab because the calculations pertaining to the outstanding amount have not been mentioned in the said order, with a liberty to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that after withdrawal of the impugned order (Annexure P-12), the Administrator, New Mandi Township, Punjab shall pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law, after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsels, within a period of two months from today.
