(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 106 dated 14.9.2018, registered under Sections 420, 406 IPC and subsequently added Sections 119, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC vide Roznamcha No. 21/20.7.2019, Police Station City-1 Mansa, District Mansa.

Vide order dated 1.10.2019, interim bail was granted to the petitioners and they directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that pursuant to the order dated 1.10.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Namdev GURPREET SINGH 2019.11.18 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 1.10.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
