The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.284 dated 04.07.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (Section 506 IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012 added later on), registered at Police Station Sonipat Saddar, District Sonipat. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
