Present application (CWP-12145-CWP of 2018) has been filed for placing on record counter affidavit on behalf of respondents no. 1 alongwith photocopies of annexures R-1 to R-3. Application is allowed as prayed for. Affidavit is taken on record.

Main case Learned State counsel submits that at the time of installation of towers, brothers of the petitioner who were in possession, has been paid the compensation as per law. Petitioner is not entitled to payment of separate/ additional compensation even if possession of the property has come to him. This court finds substance in the same.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
