The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.47 dated 11.05.2020 registered under Sections 307, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1).

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
