Surinder Gupta, J. (Oral) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the parties have reached the consensus about the enhancement of compensation amount.

With the consent of learned counsel for the appellants and respondent no. 3-Insurance Company, this appeal is allowed and the amount of compensation awarded to the claimants is increased from `9,75,000/- to `15,53,416/-. The above amount has been calculated as follows:- Sr.

FAO No. 4131 of 2013 -2Respondent no. 3-Insurance Company is directed to pay the above amount by way of demand draft in the name of Jaspal Kaur-appellant no. 1, within a period of six weeks, failing which the Insurance Company shall be liable to pay interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till the actual realization.
