The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in the following case :- FIR No.
Dated Sections Police Station 22.10.2019 21, 22 and 25 of the NDPS Act Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda no. 2), Mo 2.
Learned State counsel submits that all the witnesses cited by the prosecution have since been examined during the course of trial and now the case is pending for recording of statement under Section 313 CrPC. 3.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage but has requested that considering the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 22.10.2019, the trial of the case may be expedited.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
