Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1/Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, to decide the revision petition titled Pawan Kumar v. The Director, Medical Education and Research Haryana and others, filed by the petitioner on 22.05.2023 (Annexure P-21).
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was dismissed from service on 03.05.2023, and appeal against the order of dismissal was also dismissed by the appellate authority vide order dated 17.05.2023 (Annexure P-20). The revision petition filed against these orders before respondent No.1 is not being heard. After filing of the same, 20.07.2023 was intimated as the next date of hearing to the petitioner. However, hearing could not take place as respondent No.1 was not available. Despite repeated requests and a letter dated 04.08.2023, Annexure P-2, asking for the next date of hearing and early disposal of the revision petition, nothing has been done. The petitioner is out of the job, and is finding it difficult to make both ends meet. The revision petition, PAYAL 2023.08.23 09:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/document
2023:PHHC:105671 CWP No.17605 of 2023 [2] therefore, needs to be urgently decided.
3.
