The present application seeking disposal of the main case is allowed and the main case is taken up today itself.

C.W.P No. 29603-2018 Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to pay them minimum of the pay scale of the posts being held by them. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have served a legal notice dated 05.10.2018 (Annexure P-6) upon respondent No.2 giving details of their joining dates and the fact that they are working on the posts of Leader and Members of the Bhajan Party. Learned counsel has referred to the decision dated 25.07.2018 (Annexure P-7) taken by the respondents, whereby benefit of minimum pay scale has been given to the Bhajan Party Gaurav Arora 2019.02.05 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

At this stage, present petition is disposed of by giving direction to respondents to look into the legal notice dated 05.10.2018 (Annexure P-6) and pass speaking orders keeping in view the decision dated 25.07.2018 (Annexure P-7), within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
