(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to withdraw the attachment order of saving bank accounts-FDRs of the petitioner and her deceased husband and further to release the amount of the petitioner and her deceased husband by waiving off the interest, which has been deducted in lieu of TDS and income tax. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Income Tax Department at the first instance, raising all the grievances as have been sought to be raised in this writ petition.
