       This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of sole arbitrator in terms of clause 25>A of the agreement dated 04.03.2014 entered into between the parties.

In view of the previous order dated 16.09.2022 passed by this Court, necessary declaration as required under Section 12 of the Act was called from Justice Jasbir Singh, a former Judge of this Court and the same has been received and placed before this Court.

In these circumstances, Justice Jasbir Singh, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. The issue of deposit of security etc. before invoking the arbitration clause may be raised before the Arbitrator as conceded and agreed to by the parties.

Application stands disposed of.
