(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents No. 2 and 3 to take appropriate action upon the representations dated 27.06.2023 (Annexures P-8 and P-9) as per law against respondents No. 4 to 9, who have committed fraud, with the petitioner while hatching a conspiracy with each other and performed second marriage of respondent No. 4 with respondent No. 9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali), to consider and take a final decision on representations dated 27.06.2023 (Annexures P-8 and P9) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representation(s) and take action thereupon as he deems fit, in accordance with law, within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
